The role of Auveen Byrne and Associates is to ensure that the planning merits of a case are fully presented to An Bord Pleanala.

We advise on the assembly of an appropriate team, where necessary, to present the client’s case.

Where an oral hearing is involved, we co-ordinate the team’s presentation to the Bord.

We advise on the outcome of the appeal – interpreting the conditions of a grant, the scope and implications of any refusal of permission, the possibility of judicial review/compensation etc.
