FEASIBILITY STUDIES

These are the starting point of most of our projects.

They are carried out prior to the purchase of a site, at the commencement of a project with a land or property owner, or prior to the making of a planning application. The objective is to identify the most advantageous course of action to achieve the client’s objective.

The study ensures that any proposal can be justified by reference to all relevant planning guidance documentation. Feasibility studies usually include pre-planning discussions with planning and other relevant local authority departments.

They establish, as closely as possible without making a planning application, the likely outcome of a proposal.

They identify inputs likely to be required, including those from other experts, if a project is to move to a further stage.
