PLANNING APPLICATIONS

Our role is:

  • To present the proposal to the planning authority in the best light from a planning point of view.
  • To advise on statutorily required and other recommended studies to support the planning application.
  • To co-ordinate the preparation of any required studies and assembly of planning documentation.
  • To ensure that a planning application is validly made.
  • To guide the application through the planning system to minimise delays or the chances of a refusal of permission.
  • To advise the client on the outcome of a planning application – the appropriateness of conditions, the wisdom of appealing a refusal of  permission/conditions of a grant, the life of the permission etc.

Any necessary Environmental, Retail, Archaeological and Transportation Impact Statements or studies can be co-ordinated by Auveen Byrne and Associates, with input from ourselves and other appropriate experts. Scoping for Flood Risk Assessment, Appropriate Assessment and compliance with the Water Framework Directive can be organised.
